Hi,

we are implementing this right now. It is not yet live, but seems promising.

https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/product-discovery

At the moment, it is in beta-state, as soon as it is released, there probably will be a licence fee.

Alternatively, there are a couple of apps on the market place. We did not try any of those, but there might be a viable candidate as well.

Welcome to the community, @Adaobi Okerekeocha :-)

First of all, I recommend you head over to the JPD group for questions and discussions about JPD. Both the team and a lot of other users are quite active there.

To your question, no, customers can't submit ideas to JPD, according to the current plans for the pricing model. Users at least need an Atlassian account to contribute ideas.

And here you get an idea of how the JPD team itsself combines other tools with JPD for collecting customer feedback: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/How-does-the-Jira-Product-Discovery-team-work/ba-p/2314917
