Hi all-
I have a next gen project with a Roadmap, Backlog and a Board enabled. When I add certain issues to the backlog, set their parent to an Epic, and set their status (making sure that the status maps to a column name) the issues don't show up in the board. The only way I've found to make sure an issue shows up on the board is to actually add it to the column directly.
I now have a bunch of issues in my backlog that for the life of me I can't get to show up in the board which some of our devs are using to track status. How can I get these issues to show up in the board?
Thank you,
Darren
This was user error. I needed to physically drag issues from the Backlog to the Board. All fixed.
Hello Darren,
Have you checked that your Board is using the correct filter ?
You can check that by going to the Board configuration, to the General tab.
