Hi @Fernanda Fuertes , welcome to the community.

Initiatives are part of Jira Premium Advanced Roadmaps. This only applies to company managed projects not team managed projects. Here is a link discussing how they are configured in the event that you have the Premium tier. configure-custom-hierarchy-levels-in-advanced-roadmaps
