I am new to Jira. I have been able to create sprints and one is currently started. However, the start button is grayed out for the other sprints. I have checked the parallel sprint checkbox but the start button is still grayed out.

Hi, If the lower-left of your project sidebar says you're in a team-managed project that will not work, this functionality is for company-managed projects

Hi @PhastMoney Tech I just tested it and it works (I'm also on free plan).

Do you have issues in the sprint you want to start? Start button is greyed out if there are no issues assigned to the sprint.
