How do I make my multi select custom field act like a label?

Ureee

For labels, I am able to click on them and they will open up all issues with those labels, however the reason why I want to use multi-select is because labels don't have admin level configurations.

How do I make the multi-select behave like a label? Is this possible?

Thank you.

Hello Ureee,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Testing using the details you provided, I'm afraid that currently, there is no option to click on options for some types of custom fields and be redirected to "Search issues" the same as happens with Labels or Components, for example.

Based on your question, I created a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

I've wrote the custom plugin for this purpose which implement new customfield type with labels-like UI
