How can I add an Epic to a Next Gen Project?

I created an Epic in our next gen project, however when I create tasks/bugs, it doesn't let me assign this to the epic and I cannot see the epic link option when creating these items.

How can I get the epic option to show in the issue screen?

Hello @Charlotte

Currently, it's not possible to edit the "Epic link" on the story and link it to the epic. The way you can do it is by following the link shared in the answer by @PVS  .
