Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
In Jira Work Management, I created 3 forms for taking requests on a project I administer. One of the forms now cannot be loaded and gives this error:
Form is unavailable
This form is no longer active. Try contacting the owner of the form if you think this is a mistake.
In the settings, this form shows no errors and there is no indication of how to make it active or inactive aside from deleting the form.
How to fix?
