Custom ticket filter for board view

Oftentimes, our Marketing team's tickets have multiple stakeholders. We'll have an Assignee and then one or more Collaborators (a custom field we created).

Problem: On our project board, you can click your profile icon and see the tickets for which you're an Assignee, but not a Collaborator.

Is there any way to make it so that when someone clicks their profile icon, they'll be able to see every ticket they're associated with, whether they're an Assignee or Collaborator?

Hello Mark,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

When using a next-gen project, it shows the default fields and the one you mentioned only gets tickets from the system field Assignee, so if we create any other user picker field, it won’t work for that filter.

Currently, it’s not possible to create filters for board or backlog. We have feature requests suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the features.

The workaround, in this case, would be adding the collaborator’s name as a label, so it will be possible to filter in the board and backlog.

Regards,
Angélica
