Custom fields empty when moving between next-gen projects.

So I'm trying to move tickets from one Next-gen project to another but looks like the custom fields are not retained even when I choose the "retain" option. Has anyone had any luck with bulk moving issues from one NG to another?

Hi @Avash Chitrakar

Custom fields: If you customized the fields that appear on your team-managed issue types, you'll need to have a Jira admin recreate these fields in your new team-managed project as the data stored in these fields will be lost.

Are u sure that fields have been created with the same name/type in the target project?

Fabio
