Hi Lily,

If I Understand your requirement correctly, you wanted to create both Kanban and Scrum Boards for the same JIRA Software Project.

First Create a JIRA Software Project with Scrum Template and Create a Kanban Board for it. JIRA Software allows to have both Kanban Board and Scrum Board for single Software Project.
