How could we use automation? Details are part of steps, on the other hand there could be a general roadmap towards RPA.

Yes. Use Case 1: Online meeting in Slack has simple poll results to name a project so that the workflow ends with Project Name. Like IFTTT, the results of other online tools could trigger creation of Project.
