Backlog and Sprint dissapeared

Recentely I need to restart the server of Jira and after this, I only see the issues without a number of Sprint. 

The option 'Backlog" dissapeared too. Please, give a steps to solve this problems:

1) I wish see the Backlog menu

2) I wish see the Sprints
