We have a problem regarding the LDAP intregration. A user was initially created in our AD, with a incorrect username.
The user was imported into JIRA, with the same incorrect username.
The username have now been changed in AD, but this change isen't updated in JIRA.
I have tryed to force a sunc, but still the username remaind the incorrect one.
Seems like the user is still in your database;
As a workaround, I suggest you to disable your current User Directory (Jira and LDAP) and create a new one, with the same configuration as the old one.
Then your users might be cleaned and imported with the correct names.
