is there any possibility left to extract logged hours to excel without installing any add-ons?

No, there is no built-in feature for this.

Use the Better Excel Plugin and its "Current fields + worklogs" export type. (Or use the worklog-report.xlsx template if you look for pivot tables and charts generated from the worklogs.)
