Zephyr is the only one available.

You can use others, but only if they are one-sided - that is, you run them separately, and they talk to Jira over REST without installing anything on the Jira server.

Yeah I have zephyr enterprise connector enabled within JIRA on demand , but this is not supporting test creation. From couple of other posts I came to know that there are 2 Add ons

1. Zephyr enterprise connector for defect tracking & test Metrics (Availlable for JIRA on demand)

2. Zephyr - Test management (which I think is NOT available for JIRA on Demand)- for creating test and executing tests

could you please confirm?
