SumUp UI Button and Log entries are in German. How to change to English?

The UI Button only and Log entries are in German (though this was in version 0.6 and yet to try 1.0+) is there a way to change to English?

Hi Josh Grant,

in our newest sumup version 1.0.8 , the UI should be in english. Please tell us if not.

In this version they should be no log entries, expect in error cases.
