Sprint terminated without reason

I creates a sprint, called 9, and put some stories in it

I went to start the sprint, since it doesnt accept past initial dates, i put the actual date as initial and the correct date as end

Onde the sprint began an available in Work tab, i went to change the initial date to the correct date, 29/10. The date was changed.

When i came back to Work tab, the sprint was closed and wasnt any active sprint

Hi Paulo,

That's not the normal behavior from GreenHopper. Just to make sure, after change the Start Date, are you clicking on the Complete Sprint button? If so, that's could be the cause. You don't need to click on it, after change the date, it will be save automatically.

If that's not the case, I suggest you to open a new Support Ticket at https://support.atlassian.com to further investigate what could be causing this misbehavior.
