Spira and Jira Data synchronization

Can you please help me on this below queries realted to Spira and Jira Data synchronization

we observed for every incident raised by us in spira – it is displayed in Jira but under Activity section All tab. “Nitesh Agarwal” is displayed as created issue instead of my name or Greg ? can you please help me what settings need to be changed for this.

2) And if we add comments to a ticket in Jira – in spira the name is displaying as “System Administrator” instead of actual user name. Can you please help me on this also ?

How have you configured Spira to talk to Jira? I suspect there's something in there that is using the two accounts you mention to create/comment and it's not set up for Spira to pass in the actual user name to Jira (so it's using defaults)

Ideally, what documentation did you follow when you configured the connection?
