Settings in Helpdesk!

I cannot see setting options in my jira helpdesk project! Please show me how to config it? I already use administrator account.

Hello Son,

Only Agents can configure the help desk. Access the project through JIRA's interface, go into Permissions and roles for the project. Make sure you are in the "Administrators" role of the project. You can also double check if you have the "Manage Agents" option when you click on "Service Desk" in the top panel (that means you have the permission to add yourself as an Agent to the SDs)
