I am using JIRA version 4.4.2 and there is no custom priority defined and neither any priority is set as default. but upon ticket creation i cant set the priority and when the ticket is created its value is Major (P2) which cant be changed as the ticket is created at this point.
I am new to jira and my client wants to have this option enabled upon jira ticket creation that as we are creating tickets we can set priority of our choice please suggest a way how to implement this.
