Sending an email to a specific user when workflow column "In Testing" Reached

Hi,

We extended the workflow and added a new column "In Testing"

I would like to send email notification for specific users whenever an issue enters this stage.

How can i do this?

You can add a custom event in the workflow post function and then modify the notification schemes to include the specific user or a group of users.
