Remove issues from Assigned to Me gadget

Hi All,

there was a migration to our Jira instance from a different one and some old issues from the migrated Jira was assigned to me. Now these old issues appeared in my Assigned to Me gadget.

My question is how to erase those issues from the Assigned to Me gadget? I tried to restrict the projects in the Edit but there is no such settings available.

Is it connection with the resolution field?? Because the old issues are in Closed status but have no resolution set.

Can you please help?

Hi Rumi,

yes, this is because the resolution is not set. The JQL behind this gadget is:

assignee = currentUser() AND resolution = unresolved ORDER BY priority DESC, created ASC

You can't change this, as far as I know.

I think it's better to set a resolution to all the closed issues that have no resolution. Should be no problem with a bulk change.
