Hi, I'm trying to work out a way to identify when a user responds to a ticket created from JIRA Mobile Connect. Currently we have a problem where we respond to a ticket and then close the ticket and have no visibility if the user subsequently responds. Is there a way to identify closed tickets where we were not the last to add a comment? I've done a lot of searching on this and can't see a why to build this type of filter.
