I already have my notification scheme set to send emails out to a few users. It works just fine when I create issues from the create button at the top of the screen. However when I do a bulk upload to the same project and issue type I don't receive any email about the creation of those tickets.
I guess this was turned of (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-9616) by default when importing.
As a workaround it is good to trigger some update after upload.
