Hi,
My credit card cancelled, which caused an outage of my atlassian services. I entered a new credit card, then everything went back to normal. However, I was just told my account has expired, even though I submitted new credit card information a couple days ago. When I try to manually renew, I am unable to select the only Atlassian On Demand license I have.
I've tried to contact several departments (sales, support) from atlassian, but nobody has responded. Does anybody have any insight as to how manually renew my on demand maintenance so I can start using JIRA and not get my information deleted?
