Github commits linking doesn't work anymore

Alexander Afonyashin

Hi,

We use Github to store our projects. A few days ago linking commits to JIRA issues stopped to work. No changes were made to configuration.

We check 'Manage DVCS Accounts' for any errors. One of our projects is constantly updating with status 'Synchronizing: 1 changesets, 0 issues found'.

How can we solve the problem?

Best regards,

Alexander A. Afonyashin

Plugin's cache cleaning solved the issue. Thanks to support team.

P.S. Strange to catch this with caching.

Hi Alex,

I'm not sure if you solved this issue yet since it has been so long, but this seems to require more troubleshooting and you can submit an issue to our support team at support.atlassian.com
