Hi,

I have 9 users registered in JIRA (including sysadmin). I had an experimental one (dublicate) of myself which I was using through Confluence+Crowd which I have successfully deleted. However JIRA is saying I have 13 users??

Can you please assist? I can send screenshots.

A user counts towards your count if they have the right to log into the system

Go to global permissions and look for the groups named in "administration", "system administration" and "users". Look at all the members of all those groups (don't worry about duplicates - if you are a user AND and administrator, you still only count once). You'll find the users add up to 13.
