Created a dashboard containing Two Dimensional Filters, however there are number of users that cannot click on the display and access the filtered results?

Created a dashboard containing Two Dimensional Filters, however there are number of users that cannot click on the display and access the filtered results?

There are a number of users who are not able to view the results of specific queries (please refer to the snap shot below).

They seem to have all the same access, but we are having trouble isolating specific permissions that could be the cause.

They likely don't have access to whatever project has that component as part of it.
