Change Directory for each user from external to JIRA internal.

I have been creating the users in the internal directory as well as the external directory for authentication. We now need to move authentication internally so all I think I really need to do is change the directory setting on each user from "JIRA Delegated Authentication Directory" to "JIRA Internal Directory" and set an internal password. The UI doesn't appear to allow this. JIRA 5.2.4.

Any ideas?

It turns out that the Migrate option does exactly what I wanted; it simply changes each user to authenticate from the internal directory. Problem solved.

The problem with that is that it actually makes a new user, losing all links to login info, filters, dashboards, bug status, etc.

I think you can't change the directory for a user. You habe to create a new user with same (!) name for internal directory. It Works for me .
