Can you configure the first page you see after logging on?

I have Jira and Confluence OnDemand for a collaborative site where software users are expected to file bugs.

The landings page after login is the Jira dashboard, which I can customise, but it will always be more frightening than a welcoming confluence page that could explain the basics of jira and have links to all available resources.

Is it possible to make something else the default than the Jira dashboard?
