Can same team under same project works in multiple active sprints??

Can same team under same project works in multiple active sprints??

If we start multiple sprint then how do we manage teams availability if teams are going to work in multiple active sprint. what about the velocity, burn down?

Yes you can create multiple sprints. It is not very common but you can do this.
