Can not edit KanBan board after changing workflow

chris cipolla

So I think I know what the issue is.

After editing some workflows and removing statuses that we not in user or being changed I can no longer edit the configuration of existing KanBan boards.

What I think happened is that by removing the status they are likely assigned to a column and now no longer exists.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this without re-creating all the boards?

Sounds like you can just remap your columns in the Kanban boards and you should be in good shape.  Unfortunately, that means going in to each board and making the change. You don't need to delete the boards, though.

that would be fine but when i hit "configure board" it takes me to a page then shows a red message "Internal Error" so i am not actually able to re-map them unless there is a seperate way to do that

thank you for your help
