Tool to manage Certificates...

Was looking for a solution here-
We have number of cloud based applications (e.g. SAP), we would like to keep on top of regular
- C & A expiry

- Contracts

- License

- SOW (life cycle)

- AWS secrets (rotation) & more

And get regular notification so that we can renew them in timely manner.

If you have any Jira template or something like a tool that we can use.
