Unable to view story on Next Gen Board

We are unable to see a story (FOS-165) raised on the BUSINESS: Front Office Services board.

The first screenshot shows the story in the EPIC titled BAU. The second screenshot shows the story not on the board. 

Please advise why I am unable to view this story on the board.

@Paul Bremeyer can you confirm whether the story is in the Backlog? When the Backlog is enabled, any new issue created (other than inline on the Board) will go into the Backlog.

@Eointhe story was on the backlog. I have moved this on to the board and this has resolved the issue. Many Thanks for you help.

Good to hear you nothing serious has gone wrong. This is an area that has caused confusion so you are not alone. We need to improve how we tell people where the newly created issues are going, and maybe in the longterm given an option as to where it should go.
