It was looking like the below and then it disappeared.. Is there any chance that I can understand why as I want to rely on this functionality, but do not feel confident enough to rebuild it, just in case this is a regular issue.. Please advise..

That screenshot is not in perfect quality, but I think I do not see here basic JIRA OOTB functionality.. Is this Easy Agile Roadmaps for Jira plugin?
