Adding multiple boards to an existing project

Hello everyone,

I am facing an issue with a project that already has an existing Kanban board. I would like to add a new Kanban board, but I am unable to do so. Additionally, I am also unable to integrate JIRA Service Management to allow clients to access it.

Is it possible to delete a Kanban board as well?

Could you please assist me with these points?

@AKAKPO Kassegnin, you mentioned Jira Service Management, so I assume you are asking about boards within that project type. JSM only allows for a single board to be defined within a project. Unfortunately, currently, you can't have multiple boards in a JSM style project.

When asking questions it is important to tell us about your environment.

Are you using Jira Cloud, the software-as-a-service product? Or are you using Jira Data Center, the self-hosted product?

What type of project are you using? You can get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

What is your level of access; end user, Project Administrator, Jira Product Administrator, ...?

When you say you are unable to add a board, what have you tried? What steps did you execute? At what point were you prevented from completing the task? How were you blocked from completing the task? Did you need to make a selection, but the selection you want is not available? Was there an error message?
