We’re excited to introduce an additional, visual way of working that will centralize how your team tracks, organizes, and prioritizes your issues in Jira Service Management projects!
Now, you can track the status of all your team’s issues in a simple, visual, and clear manner with a board view of issues. If you’ve used a kanban board before in products like Jira Software and Trello, it’s the same experience that you know and hopefully love.
Curious how you can use the board view?
If you are just starting your journey with Jira Service Management, we’ve turned the feature on for you so no action is required! You’ll find it under “Queues” on the left-hand side of your screen.
If you have an existing Jira Service Management project that was created before November 2nd, 2023, have a Jira or project admin follow these steps:
Go to Project settings
Select Features
Use the toggle to enable Board under Feature lab
