zephyr scale track progress not working

The test list and progress display are different from the test cycle. Why is that?

There are 55 test items. But in the progress, it's coming out as one.

That number "1" is in reference to the number of Issues that have been created in the test cycle.  Someone has therefore executed a test and then created an Issue (e.g. Bug) which is attached either to the entire test case or one of the test steps in the test case.  If you want to see the total number of tests in the test cycle you can do that by adding the "Tests" column.
