We have a JIRA project with a list of issue types, to simplify, tasks or bugs. We have two different workflows, one for tickets type bugs and another one tickets type tasks. All this is working perfect.
The problem comes when the first classification for the ticket is made wrong, the ticket was created as a bug but later we realise is not a bug is a task and we want to re-categorise the ticket. As the type task is in another workflow we do not have the value task in the dropdown for issue type.
How can we do that? How can we classify again the tickets?

Hi again,
I found the answer, there is an option to Move tickets from one project to another one.
In my case I just say that the project remains the same but the issue type is different, so it picks the correct workflow.
