Hi @Syave Srikanth 

It could not upload due to the file size limitations.

By default, Jira limits file attachment size to 10MB, but this can be customized by Jira administrators by modifying the Jira configuration.

• Go to Jira Settings -> System -> Attachments 
• Increase the File attachment size to the desired limit
• Save your changes

Please note that large attachments can impact the performance of your Jira instance.

As a workaround, you can upload the file elsewhere (Confluence, Sharedrive) and share the URL in the comment.
