Hello @Subhashini ullaganti
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
There are some possible scenarios that might be causing your sub-task issues to don't display in the active board view. Please, provide us with the information below and follow the steps provided to better troubleshoot the issue:
1 - Are you using a classic or next-gen project? Also, Is it a Kanban or Scrum board (use sprints)? To identify it, next-gen project display at the left bottom corner the information "This is a next-gen project".
2 - If you are on a classic project, navigate to your board > Click on the three dots menu at the top-right corner > Board settings > General > Check if your board filter is not excluding the done sub-tasks
3 - If you are on a classic project, navigate to your board > Click on the three dots menu at the top-right corner > Board settings > Columns > Check if your sub-task status (dev complete status) is properly mapped to a column, doublechecking if there is no status unmapped with the same name
4 - Did the sub-tasks display on the board when they are in previous statuses? Can you provide a screenshot of your board setting columns and what you are exactly seeing in the active board view? Please, make sure you hide any sensitive information from the screenshots before posting it in the community.
