unable to download an attachment

Hi,

 

I have a feasibility ticket that was created on my team's project. This ticket includes an attachment I wish to download. When I click the cloud icon it attempts to download then issues an error message 'check your connection and try again'.

Any advice, gratefully received.

Do you know the size of the attachment that you are trying to download?

Are you trying to download a video, a pdf or something else?

Have you tried using a different browser and also the incognito mode?

According to Atlassian status everything is functioning.

Most importantly make sure that you have the attachments permission within your project.

Hi,

The size is 68KB, it is a word document which I can view but I wish to download to be able to share with someone else.

How do I check whether or not I have attachment permissions please?

You need to be at least project administrator to view if you belong to the project role for the Attachments.

Project Settings > Permissions
