My client is unable to create issues in client portal for issue type Bug and Master data, can anyone help. It was working fine till Friday last week.
I have checked if any mandatory field is left out of issue screen or not.
I have checked and found whether all permission are proper or not
I have checked the workflow. The only thing fishy to me was this time tracking .
Please help if you can.
Is it only one client? Can others create these request types? Have you attempted to use “raise a request” from the side bar?
if no one can create these request types but they are visible in the portal check if you can creat with the “+”. If they are not visible then check the config - project settings > request types. Inspect all fields, etc.
if the ability to create is limited to some and not others it is a permission thing. Check that the user is indeed a customer.
finally check your workflow for the associated Issuetype an look at the. Create transition: conditions, validation, properties.
