unable to configure field of cascade select

while creating issue i am unable to add fields for cascade select.please help me how to do cascade select in jira

Hi @shikha Goswami 

If you want the field to appear on your create issue screen then you will need to add the field to that screen.  This article will talk you through that.

I do not think there is a way to import a cascaded list from Excel, you need to add them manually.
