I’m trying to add a new user to JIRA, so I can later add them to a project. However, it is asking for the products, which I have already provided in the request, but I’m still getting an error.

Hi @Tercilio Aires , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.

Please can you clarify what your role is in the Atlassian platform? Are you an org or a site admin? Did you enable the new user in the admin.atlassian.com site?

You need to have permission in the admin.atlassian.com site in order to add / enable new users to the different products of Jira or Confluence and then, like you say, you can enable them to projects.

Please can you confirm where you're working and trying to add?

Thanks
