suppression list reset request (one user on domain not receiving notification)

hi can someone please help us to resolve this suppression list issue.

can you please help us clear suppression list for our email domain.

one of the team member is not getting notification. after reading around found out that it is because of email been on your suppression list and i was unable to find any link where i can get it sorted by myself.

We also have a user on your suppression list: <email redacted by Atlassian Support>. Can I get that resolved via this thread?

Howdy @Chris Goodwin - x2256 ,

The email address you mentioned was cleared off the suppression list at 2024-03-22T16:50:23.000Z - looks like our mail service has tracked two successful deliveries and one successful email open since then.

Hi @Daniel Eads ,

Could also have a look at the suppression list issue for our domain?

--> We are having a bunch of users that do no receive emails anymore, while others still do.

 

Haven't found anything to fix it.

I saw your reply on another thread and removed an email address on your domain from the suppression list. Should be all set now!
