stop progress and fixed command

hello 
how to stop progress command used to stop any task and also fixed command to fixed task.

i am using this thing but not getting stop progress command and fixed command

please help

We're a community of end users who have things like jobs, family and a need to sleep.  All of us are volunteers.  Demanding replies in a few hours is unreasonable.

I'm afraid your question makes no sense though.  What is this "stop progress" command you're using?  Where does it come from?  "fixed command to fixed task" is a clause I cannot even guess at a meaning for.

"I am using this thing" - what thing?

Then there's a block of code, with no context or reason for it being there.

Please explain.
