security level not visible after creation

I'm working on opening jira to external with SECURITY LEVELS

I'm pretty sure the setting is fine but when my external user creates an issue, the security level field is visible and he can select the only one I allowed

But once, the issue is created I expect to see the padlock on the menu to be able to set the security level at anytime, but it do not appear. 

On the correct project permissions scheme, I added the group my user is on, into Set Issue Security

For sure I miss something but I do not get what and where :-)

@Carolina SILVA Yes, you need 'Security Level' visible on the Screen Scheme, and added to the view screen to see the padlock

Hi @Liam Green I'm a newbe ;-) but I alread have Security level added
