required field is completely missing from roadmap

The roadmap list for next-gen projects used to have an item for the option to set a field as a required field.

but this is not longer listed on the "comming soon" nor is it listed with the "shipped"

I'm needing this with our next-gen project so I'm wondering if this is no longer going to be added.
