remote server

Hi ,

    I have installed Issue sync plug-in in Jira and when I try to connect the configuration scheme for the plug-in. I get error remote connection error and remote server not reachable. Can anyone help what needs to be done. Also note that I have added the remote url to Whitelist as well.

@Suma Pralhad Kustagi  Could  you please show the error you are getting by sharing the log file  in  <jira-home-dir>/log/atlassian-jira.log

      I do not have option to get the log files but attaching screenshot from Jira perspective.

@Suma Pralhad Kustagi  Please contact Jira  server administrator for the log files,  this image  is not enough to  really see what is  going  on.
